We are very sorry for the inconvenience. If you have a critical emergency on these days, please phone Phases Veterinary Emergency Hospital, in Kamloops BC, open 24/7 and they will be happy to assist you.

Please note we do have an ON CALL Doctor for CRITICAL EMERGENCIES ONLY, please pick up prescriptions and food beforehand as we will not have anyone in the office on these days.

Please do your best when calling our emergency line, to be respectful, as our Doctors work on an "On Call" basis. Assess your animal appropriately, but please don't hesitate to call if your animal needs our help.
